Therapy
-
My approach to therapy centers the therapeutic relationship, I'm dedicated to cultivating a relationship that heals. You can foster a deeper connection with yourself by exploring your identity and learning to center authenticity.
I can help you work on:
- healing after/through trauma and loss
- exploring gender identity and/or queer identity
- breaking codependent patterns
- fostering your authentic and creative self
-wanting to better connect with your body and learn regulation practices
I mainly work with queer and trans folx who are neurodivergent and want to learn more about embodiment and regulation for a better quality of life. We get curious together about beliefs that no longer serve you and how to replace them with healthier beliefs.
I use a decolonized lens and systems theory to help you process how these systems directly impact your mental health.
I use EMDR, expressive arts, somatics and experiential therapy approaches to help heal and restructure patterns and narratives that don’t serve us.

I work with family systems and kiddos as young as 3 years to better understand social-emotional skills and learn and implement regulation. Often working with how neurodivergence can be better understood and celebrated.
I am dedicated to meeting your kiddo where they are, getting interested in what they are interested in and tailoring interventions to what may resonate most, weaving in mental health and mindfulness with play, creativity, movement and crafts.
Parents/ Guardians
I offer parent/guardian support sessions without kiddo present so we can work through regulation as a an adult as well as family support sessions for connection and communication skill building opportunities. We can create ideas to be implemented at home to support your therapeutic goals.
Conflict
I am trained in Social Justice Mediation, which centers building empathy and understanding in times or seasons of conflict and change. Having a facilitated experience with your kiddo and other family members can yield a lot of insight into dynamics, each others’ perspectives and ways of navigating issues together.

It can be a difficult world to navigate as a teenager, especially considering the impact of COVID. I think that teens today have great insight into a better world.
I value teen voice and perspective. I am skilled at working through anxiety, depression and other symptoms of trauma during these formative years. I am also aware of neurodivergence and can offer support in better understanding your own neurodivergence and how it can be a strength.
I most often work with teens who are exploring gender identity and queerness. This is an important time in figuring out more about yourself and the identities that you hold, navigating relationships and life transitions.
I am collaborative in my approach and believe connection building and trust are important first steps for therapy. I like to create while we chat, using clay, paint, movement, coloring, games, etc. in session.

It can be difficult at times to navigate life with another person or people. We all have our own lenses that we bring to relationships. It is critical that we can learn to communicate across differences, attachment styles, trauma, queerness and neurodigervence for a sustainable and healthy relationship.
I offer a creative and somatic approach to explore ways to better understand your partner(s), build a deeper connection and learn ways to maintain regulation. I am trained in Social Justice Mediation, which centers building empathy and understanding in times or seasons of conflict and change.

Out of Network & Superbill Info
I work outside of insurance to better honor my depathologizing approach to therapy and to provide consistency even if your insurance changes. I can provide a Superbill monthly. A Superbill is a billing statement showing costs accrued and paid which may be eligible for reimbursement. These do require diagnosis to be made.
