I am a queer therapist, dancer, performer, and facilitator with over a decade of experience in community mental health and education.
I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.
As a Psychotherapist, my passion lies in fostering mental wellness by working creatively and collaboratively to discover ways to regulate our nervous systems and to feel safer in and more connected to our bodies. I work with ages 3+ with an approach that is uniquely centered around creativity and connection- to self, others and the natural world.
I have personally experienced profound healing and nervous system regulation, and I've witnessed transformative growth from individuals to communities using creativity and embodiment to heal trauma and bridge understanding across differences.
I have been on my own journey to healing with somatics, creativity and nature being central resources as I’ve been realizing my neurodivergence, exploring my queerness, and other aspects of my identity. I have lived and professional experience around religious trauma, interpersonal violence, covert narcissistic abuse, grief, PMDD, and CPTSD. I've navigated toxic work cultures and trained other professionals on identifying and navigating burnout and compassion fatigue.
I am committed to bringing in a systemic lens, one that is anti-racist and decolonizing naming the impact of capitalism and white supremacy on our mental health as human beings, especially those who are marginalized.
I firmly believe in the power of healing through relationships. I am relational in my approach, committing to intentional connection and support with you being the expert in your own lived experience. I dedicate my time to continuous learning and unlearning, striving to embody the values I hold so deeply.
In my free time, you can find me dancing, choreographing, rollerskating, skateboarding, hanging around my house eating snacks, caring for plants and enjoying my cozy bed, taking photos of tiny things in nature, or I’m on an adventure with my two pups and amazing partner. I love to learn about the world around me and try new things.

As a queer non-binary creative and experiential therapist specializing in LGBTQ+ support, my passion is fostering a safe space for embracing authenticity and learning regulation tools. I work with both monogamous and ethically non-monogamous individuals and families, appreciating body-positive and body-neutral perspectives while being mindful of cultural and economic differences. With professional experience in diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging, I bring a non-pathologizing approach, understanding the adaptive nature of our nervous system.
In times of crisis, our nervous system's protective adaptations can lead to feelings of fear, anxiety, or numbness, limiting our ability to imagine, connect, and create. I take a systems approach, identifying root causes of mental health issues related to past events, family dynamics, community, or societal experiences.
Suppression of our authentic self is traumatic and reclaiming the safety of being and honoring our true selves it powerfully healing. Believing in the profound impact of the therapeutic relationship, I prioritize building trust and connection to empower individuals to explore and embrace their authentic selves.

I am originally from Appalachia and am now living in what is colonially known as Bellingham, WA, the indigenous homelands of the Lummi Nation and Nooksack Tribe. I have worked with folks and organizations from across the US and abroad in Honduras, Brazil & Micronesia, approaching my work with a decolonizing lens informed by intersectionality and systems of oppression.
I believe that connection is healing; connecting with our self, our ancestors, the land and others around us. I acknowledge that indigenous folks cultivated this knowledge and land before colonization, which has removed and continuous to separate folks from the land, their culture and their communities.
