Bring pillows, blankets, pads, yoga mat and whatever else feels cozy to the Maritime Heritage Park Pavilion
Pre-registration is required for all sessions.

Welcome to our Stage Fright Class, where we empower individuals to conquer their fears and embrace spotlight. In this supportive environment you'll learn practical techniques to manage anxiety, improve your public speaking/performing skills, and build confidence. Through engaging exercises and group activities, you'll discover your unique voice and develop the tools necessary to shine on any stage.
Join us and transform your fright into a source of strength!
This class will be taught by Jessica and Layla. Both have years of performance experience, overcoming, and managing stage fright. Jessica is a registered nurse and Layla is a therapist and Founder of Jasper Connections, PLLC.
Class is by donation to help pay for the unseen costs of event hosting: printing flyers, website costs, promotion and all that fun stuff.
But you do not need to donate if you are unable.
We want you to come and have a good time regardless for financial circumstances.

Ever been interested in Experiential Education? Want to learn new tools for working with others? Enjoy interactive community building activities?
Join Woods for a fun afternoon of teamwork, leadership and collaboration! We will learn the importance of coming together, communicating effectively, and overcoming challenges as a team!
This short workshop will introduce you to several activities you can facilitate using only a webbing loop. This cost effective tool has been used for social emotional education for decades and continues to be a foundation of experiential education. The workshop is designed to help you learn the basics of group facilitation while taking part in fun and interactive teambuilding activities yourself!
You’ll leave with your own webbing loop and access to several activities to use with your groups, clients, students, employees, etc.
